IRO lets you securely transfer your child’s immunization record by generating a unique QR code for each transfer.
Before a record can be sent, IRO prompts you to enter your child's PIN.
That means sharing is intentional:
You choose the child.
You authorize the transfer.
You control the record.

Turn a paper record into a digital one.
Still have an old paper yellow immunization card?
Use IRO to scan the paper immunization record with your phone camera.
The scanned image can then be securely submitted to Epic EHR for processing and verification by a physician.
Once the information has been reviewed and verified by a doctor, you will be notified and the immunization history becomes your child's digital record in IRO.
